This includes details from the health-history form completed before your first visit, as well as any treatment notes or concerns discussed during sessions.

I use this information to provide safe, appropriate treatment, communicate with you about appointments, maintain treatment records, and process direct billing or insurance claims when requested. Your information is used only for the purposes you provided it.

How your information is stored

Treatment records are kept securely in accordance with professional record-keeping requirements. Records are retained for seven years, after which they are securely destroyed.

Third-party services

Online booking is handled by Jane App. When you book through Jane, your information is stored on their platform and is subject to Jane App's own privacy and security practices. I do not sell or share client information with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

Direct billing and insurance

When direct billing is requested, relevant information is submitted to your insurance provider as required to process the claim. You are responsible for confirming your own coverage, eligibility, and yearly maximums.

Your choices
